Hotel is immaculately clean and amazing. The rooms are reasonably large and beautifully designed with modern design and the staff are absolutely friendly. The location is amazing and great, 2 miles from Mount Meru. Moreover, it is right by Tanzania, restaurant and In Arusha.

This is a stunning and amazing location in Arusha. The rooftop restaurant in the venue is top-notch, has excellent dishes. When I am in Arusha, I like staying here.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The pool is great for a refreshing swim. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the tea and coffee gardens.

The staff seemed overwhelmed during the holiday season, which resulted in slow service and unpreparedness. Elevator restrictions caused inconvenience and long wait times.

My room was very clean, and it had all the exclusive amenities that I needed. The buffet breakfast had excellent vegetarian options. The rooftop dinner had a fantastic view, the atmosphere was excellent, and the food was delicious.
